Looking out to the future

Yes - is almost end of 2008. Many ppl said it before - but hey how time flies??
Now is the time for me to look out to the future. To a new beginning yet again, and further away. Planning and more planning - I am looking forward to it!!

All these planning - but do not forget to enjoy NOW.

I Miss .. I Miss and I Miss

On a Sunday afternoon, I am especially missing my family.
I miss my grandpa!! Here is a pic of him and my sister and my two beloved nieces.

Aren't they gorgeous and cute? I miss them all.

Also this morning, my mum promised to take me to Bah Kut Teh right away once I come back. Thanks Mummy, how nice. :)
I miss the food in M'sia so much. I often thinks how lucky my friends and family in M'sia are. When they crave for some M'sian food, they can easily get it. That is also the convenient that I miss terribly.
(I just came back from a club. It took me an hour to get there and another hour to come back. The traffic here is just horrible!!)

Well, what can I said - when you are far away... that is the opportunity cost to pay.

Taj Mahal

How can I forget to blog about my Taj Mahal trip.

I went with two girl friends in Jan 2008.
Only have one comment - is good to see it once, maybe just once will do. :)

My Dumb Dumb Bravo

The other day my dumb dumb bravo - my cat - got shit on her head.
No shit - I mean real bird shit on her head.
The bird just drop by my balcony and there the bird saw my puddy cat - and the bird goes: "oh is that silly cat again .. she has been trying to catch me. Silly cat... ok, here is a little "present" for your persistence effort trying to catch me."

There - "dop" sound like that - a real smelly shit on Bravo's head - right in the middle of her forehead!

Haha - The most hilarious part is the fact that she doesn't mind at all... she look left and right... and no - no problem.
She continued her "wonderful" wandering around the balcony again... can u believe it?

Well at the end - I was the one cleaning her head!

Bravo is so dumb dumb and yet so adorable! "Love u Bravo" no matter how dumb you are.

Fisherman's Cove

I went to Chennai the week before last for the weekend.
It was absolutely fantastic!!!!!

Not really the place - didn't see much of Chennai. But we went down to the Fisherman's Cove.
It is an excellent resort!!

This is a resort by Taj group - the services are superb, the room was like a fisherman's cove, nice sea view, in front of the room is a comfortable hammick, great good - wah excellently great!!
I have already run out of words to praise the resort. U can imagine how wonderful the trip was. Can't remember the last time I compliment a trip without any complains?? Yah I can't remember it either.

The room rate per night was extremely high as well - it was around Rs14000/night (about usd300/night) - but hey resort is so superb and I think is actually worth it.
Can't believe your ear? Yah I said - money well spent.

I think is the management, the services that has won me over.
The staff there remembers u, the food u ordered and like, the drinks you ordered last night..... and they even make the food especially for u even is a buffet.

If I have a hotel in the future - I would consult Taj group (Tata) how did he do it???

I would have post some pic - but again I don't have a camera. And the disk the friend gave me is in the office. So for the time being.. just settle with the website. hihi

Experiencing life

Let me see - when was my last blog entry?
Yah - it was when I lost my i-phone.
And No - in case if you are wondering if I found it, the answer is NO. How can u get get the "goat out from a tiger's mouth", obviously not possible especially if the "tiger" is as hungry as the Indians.

Apart from the above mentioned incident - an unhappy one - I just came back from Kathmandu, Nepal.
Nepal to me is like a combination of China + India. Most ppl speak Hindi in Nepal and the flight to Kathmandu was quite scary. Kathmandu is a mountain area and we experienced a strong turbulence just before we land. For a moment I thought - not now, I don't want to die yet!
A very nice Belgium lady sat next to me trying to "cheers" me up and she said - "well, don't worry too much, I am sure we will be fine. But if you die, you die."

With the current Indian air traffic vs their infrastructure, it will be just the matter of time and luck before anymore plane crashes. Everyday there are news about which airline and which has yet another near-misses, dogs in the run way where airplane trying to avoid, ppl trying to comment suicide by running into the runway... etc....
You can understand now my worry is not at no-based.

Come back to my Kathmandu trip- got side tracked.
Maybe it was just a quick stop for business meetings, I haven't got the chance to see much of Kathmandu. So to me, at least now, it is just another city like India.
I didn't even bring my camera, wait a minute, I don't have a camera!!
Therefore no photos to show you. Perhaps I would go back to Kathmandu again and take a good look at it.
Until then - pls wait, Kathmandu.

The "dark side" has stolen my mobile!!

I hate them!!!!
I left the mobile in the office desk in the morning.
Went to a meeting, came back 10.15am and my mobile is gone!!!

Oh shit - shit them all!!!
How can my office has such lack of security in the office?
Things are stolen that easily even at your own desk in the office!

The worst of all is the office is not doing anything to help! I have been telling the office that the outsider that came in this morning to exchange D/O must have taken it. And asked them to call to their company and investigate this matter - but they ignored me!!!
Not doing anything and said - yah who and who got 2 mobiles stolen last year, who and who got 5 stolen.. etc... they are asking me to forget about it, I am not getting it back and is waste of time for them to do anything.

I felt so angry, up sad and disappointed with the fxxking "dark side" of the dark ppl!!
Good bye my beautiful i-phone and don't think I would ever "get back" together with you and pls get "sick" and stopped "working" for those fxxking theft!

Hate them all!!

First day of the year - 2008

On the first day of the year - 2008 - you "die die" must blog.
Doesn't matter what u blog... is a new beginning.. new year ahead of you - Just write something.

Can't believe how time flies - I was just moving from HKG to India and now is already in 2008.
How long would I stay in India? Where would I go after this?
Hmmm... I will seriously think about it and plan my year ahead.
